It says that on their web page but is not enforced. I know of orders that have still been sent.

Just found BO, they ship BM to the US. Just didn't want to buy from greedy DMC

Update: BO doesn't want to ship to me because "chemicals ordered overseas are always returned to us because of customs issues and we have to take care of those costs"
