Method Any point in sipping SN then hanging yourself?

I thought about standing on a chair with a rope around my neck. Then, I drink SN and just wait until pass out. Alternatively, once Idrank SN, I kick the chair away so I hang yourself. The SN could act as backup in case something goes wrong with the rope/hanging.
