I usually cut at the back of my neck when i SH in a specific spot since it's the easiest place to hide scars! So if there's any way to CTB thats similar then if I fail, it won't be noticeable

Yeah no, unless you're cutting yourself with a guillotine, I wouldn't advise attempting to cut there. Self-decapitation is something I've only ever seen a couple of photos of and only ever once with a knife. Main veins and arteries run more to the sides/front of your neck.
