• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

My psychologist believes I wake up in a panic attack and freeze response possibly because I'm having nightmares.
Any suggestions on how to prevent nightmares :ahhha:?
Also what has worked for you to break freeze response?

This past Sunday was really bad. I couldn't calm down and went into collapse. I don't remember what I dreamed, but I still felt it.
I'm going to take prazosin and start working out regularly again.

you can also try journaling your dreams and rewriting the endings if it is something that really troubles you! Just relaxing before bed, maybe taking a warm bath. No scary stuff before bed, not eating directly before going to bed, etc.
Wishing you sweet dreams! <3

Dude, I realized most times I have nightmares I wake up too hot and sweaty. So this is why! I'm gonna control temperature from now on.
