Help Any ideas on how to restrict the potential sounds you could make after taking sn?

My initial plan is using sn when my mother goes to work and my sister is still sleeping but I am afraid that she will wake up by the sounds.
The possible sounds are vomiting, heavy breathing and groaning.
My best idea would be taping my mouth extremely but then it could still go through the nose.
Any better ideas?
If not then I would have to do partial hanging.
