Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know there are a few countries with a high threshold for who can die with dignity. My question is there any countries that are getting closer? Maid in Canada seemed like a start, and those machines in Switzerland look great.

Any other new places? (I've been gone for a while)

In Canada it may be possible, especially with Trudeau's comments on wanting anyone who's "mature" to have access, but this is the same country that has postponed MAID for people with debilitating mental illnesses (due to protests) twice. So who knows?
