I'm just trying to summon up the courage, I have it (SN) since last year and just have to actually do it. My body is way too broken and God has abandoned me. I hate living with chronic pain and getting worse while Drs don't do anything that works is awful.

That sounds really dreadful what you go through, it's so cruel to me how there's all this pain and suffering in existing, I wish you the best.
