  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UKโ€™s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

Yes, I know there is a SN megahtread and other info about SN, but I just want to know if somebody knows of any SN failure without being rescued, because I didn't see any, and I'm very interested to know, since I'm considering SN as my backup plan.

This is probably the best and most detailed place to look:

Calavera, Dartz and AsexualBarbieBoy are the three failures without being rescued. That's concerning. The attempt of AsexualBarbieBoy is strange because he says that he took orange juice and the vitamin C cancelled the SN, it sounds strange to me.

I think, though its not my specialist subject, that stomach Ph changing the compound into a lesser weak chemical is the reason, though someone with a brain will be along shortly.

Edit, can't spell

I believe Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) as an antidote for SN is actually mentioned somewhere legitimate, but I can't recall where.

A quick Google search reports various matches about adding Vitamin C when curing meats reduces nitrite metabolites.

But the resource I recall seeing was more specific about Vitamin C being more like an antidote against the toxicity of consumed SN. It may have been a post on the forum. When search comes back up, it will be findable.

Why is that concerning?
  • Calevra drunk 1.5L water so diluted, slowed and puked most SN .
  • Dartz not much info .
  • AsexualBarbieBoy -- SN is highly reactive with acids, in stomach small amounts but adding good amount of acids (orange, C) really contradicts SN.
The non-rescued failed attempts were due to major change in intake.

Yes, it was mentioned as one of the treatments, though not significant. It is possible that in addition to the orange-C directly contradicting or neutralizing SN in stomach it may also further help clear blood metHb to some extent, by assisting protective enzymes.

The course of hereditary methemoglobinemia type I is benign, but these patients should not be administered oxidant drugs. Treatment may be required for cosmetic reasons or for an inadvertent use of oxidant drugs. Ascorbic acid, 300 to 600 mg orally daily divided into 3 or 4 doses, is helpful

Spontaneous formation of methemoglobin is normally counteracted by protective enzyme systems, for example, NADH methemoglobin reductase (cytochrome-b5 reductase) (major pathway), NADPH methemoglobin reductase (minor pathway)[6] and to a lesser extent the ascorbic acid and glutathione enzyme systems.

Calavera drank NITRATE.
https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/using-nitrate-instead-of-nitrite.28365/
Here @Dartz says

"
TL:DR

zoning out on benzos after fasting, blacking out for 2 hours, waking up very sweaty, confusion/dizzy, turning blue around the lips and fingers, spewing up a lot of blood I don't remember, took more benzos did a line of coke and slept it off for a few hours. Woke up cold and shaking 6 hours later and seemed ok. I've died of a deliberate heroin OD before and bear in mind my body can take vastly more abuse than most. It was calculated correctly but my body somehow survived."

Hm.. "spewing up a lot of blood" BUT "I don't remember" so which one is it my guy? They also said they went to the doctor the next day and was completely fine. Man it seems like if you're spewing up blood one day then you wouldn't be fine the next day there's obviously something wrong if you're spewing up blood that "I don't remember" doing.
I'm not saying I don't believe them.. but another thing is that they were doing coke why the hell would you do something that's not a part of the regimen. I'm sorry but it's not enough to change my mind. It's like every time that someone presents you with a failure all you have to do is a little bit of research and you always.. well...most of the time you'll find out why they failed.

So... @calavera drank NITRATE.. and dartz didn't flow the regimen.. also.. they didn't even really go into detail about how much they took what medications they took with it or nothing so..
