Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I rode for decades every day, all kinds of weather, but haven't for nine years now.
My favorite bike was totaled twice in accidents (one head- on with a car moving at speed) but despite the cost and time I fixed it each time.
Totally agree... harming a good motorbike feels just...wrong!

Ooh. I might have to get into motorcycles! It's great because it can be passed off as an accident too! (Would spare my family the pain of knowing I killed myself)

The problem with wrecking is you don't know what you'll end up with. My head on accident was in traffic, both of us were doing about 35 mph so combined impact speed of 70. Witness accounts to police said I was thrown 10meters into the air and flew about 50 meters, landing on pavement. I was laid up for awhile, but it could have been a whole lot worse - paralysis doesn't sound appealing to me.
I started on a KZ 400 but upgraded to a KZ 1000 because I used to ride in mountains a lot when I went camping. I took that 1000 all sorts of dodgy places where street bikes weren't likely to go. That's the bike that was totaled twice.
Had a few after that. My last one was a BMW R85 Paris Dakar.

The BMW R85 looks really good, a classic. I dont like the modern BMW GS, or i dont like the people that ride them ha ha.
Thats my fear too, becoming paralysed or losing limbs and not dying, in cases of crashes I'd much rather die than suffer. I dropped my bike on my foot and the foot peg squashed my big toe (nothing broken surprisingly, just a lot of trauma and the nail fell off) and almost after a year the toe is still not 100%.
How are you after the crash? Any leftover pain?
I'm with you on the classic bike looks! Give me the square frame any day.
Ouch on the toe - i had a non bike incident and lost my toenail too. That was gross!
No lingering problems from my head on wreck from years ago. I'm of Irish ancestry and stubborn / hard headed anyway, and after my graceful acrobatic mid-air cartwheel landed on my head (which wasn't hurt) ... but it was my back and lower body that suffered for weeks after.
Not recommend a do over in any event.
Took me months and lots of trips to boneyards to get my messed up bike on the road again. You should have seen the front forks...so sad.
I have a ruckus! its awesome! its so easy to learn to fix yourself even with no prior experience. I put a rack on mine and now i use it for deliveries.

When I was in college, me and my friends all rode bikes. We used to go on trips. We used to go to different cities, get off our bikes, rent cheap places to stay , drink a lot.It was a blast.
I had my share of accidents and lasting injuries from bike riding. One time my bike's side stand pierced my foot. Just when it was healing, it pierced my foot again. That never healed properly, and now there's a scar there.
