Hello everyone. I've just recently joined the forum, so apologies if there's anything I'm doing wrong.

I am wondering if anyone has suggestions re: metoclopramide antiemetic alternatives.

According to the PPH it's the most recommended one as it also helps speed up gastric absorption of the lethal drug(s) besides preventing vomiting. Unfortunately I have very bad reactions to metoclopramide, namely incredibly distressing akathisia, agitation, feelings of doom etc.

Dramamine is the antiemetic I'm most used to, but it's the least recommended in the PPH. I'd greatly appreciate hearing any advice or experiences you guys might have re: this. Thanks.
