Thanks I've seen stans guide but I remember reading there was an updated version and not all antiemetics are needed

Metoclopramide is the recommended one, there are others your can use if you can't source that.

Thanks, If I just got this antiemetic would I not need others?
I'm just trying to figure out what ones are most essential to be successful with SN

The best combo is this: metoclopramide, thiethylperazine, diphenhydramine, dexamethasone, and diazepam.
