Just a question on the SN method. In the pph, it actually suggests for the stat routine to take:

3 x 10 mg meto + zofran 8mg

for Antiemetics. Do you guys think that's overkill? I'm scared it may cause a bad interaction with the SSRI I'm already taking for OCD. (Luvox).

I'm pretty sure the regime for N says that if you're on an ssri you don't need the antiemtics because of the anti emetic effects of the ssri. I maybe getting it confused with the SN refime though because the ssri and N are listed as being problematic due to it causing prolongues coma phase. Have you read stans SN guide? That's pretty comprehensive on anti emetics and potential issues. If you search ir in the search bar you'll find it easy.

I've read Stan's SN guide extensively. It only says that certain antipsychotics have antiemetic properties, but not SSRIs. The drug interaction between SSRIs and meto seems to be serotonin syndrome.

Not sure where you are but proclorperazine is something you can buy otc in some places and is in his list of useable AE's. It may have the same issue though. It seems to have some of the side effects of Meto in higher rates. I'm not surw though. They're also sold under the name buccastem N. It's a buccal tablet that you dissolve in your inner lip/gum.
