Okay so I tried to get Metoclopramide from my doctor, I told him I'm getting migraines and feeling nauseous and rarely vomiting. I told him a friend recommended Metoclopramide because she had something similar, he said he can't prescribe it because it's quite a heavy medication and shouldn't be used for extended periods of time. He said I should get Dimenhydrinate which is over the counter. He also said if I'm still having problems I should speak to my psychiatrist which I see next week. So I've got a couple of questions.

1. Will this be work with SN? I can't find anything on stan's method on how much I should take anyone have any idea?

2. I'm going to try to get my psychiatrist to prescribe it to me, is there anything I should mention so my story sounds straight/believable ?

3. If that doesn't work either does anyone know where I can source an anti emetic that will work with SN that I could find in Germany, preferably legal.

4. As a last resort, could I just take SN without an anti emetic? Like if I vomit the first time, could I just drink another glass?

1) As far as I know, no. This explains what works and what doesn't and why. Trying something else won't hurt, but you should expect it to not work.

2) Tell them that you've already tried OTC stuff to no avail.

4) Yes. You should have a backup glass and be prepared to drink it anyway because meto isn't a guarantee. It will reduce the likelihood of vomiting but won't 100% prevent it from happening. There are many cases of people taking meto and still throwing up so you have to be prepared for that regardless of what antiemetics are or are not available to you.

I would definitely use an antiemetic. You should have asked for Domperidone instead of Meto. An OTC alternative is Diphenhydramin(chlorid) or any other medication for the treatment of travel sickness or nauseau during pragnancy.

Thanks for the source! So just to be sure if I had no other options doing it without an anti emetic is possible?

Is Diphenhydramine(chlorid) also OTC in Germany, I know a lot of medicine is really strictly controlled here.

Diphenhydramine(chlorid) is prescription free. Just enter it at online pharmacies and you will find many products with different brand names.
