So recently we've discovered that antacids actually make it harder to lose consciousness after taking SN, and that meto is potentially so dangerous that it's not even worth testing it.

So what else should we be aware of when considering this method...? Seems like fasting + drinking a second glass of SN in case you vomit the content of the first one is all you need to succeed.

да, вам не нужны антациды, их сложнее использовать, просто обойдитесь без них
Why shouldn't I use antacids? What to do if the acidity in the stomach is high?

I thought antacids were just to lower acidity

Do you think SN will work without antacids if the acidity is high?
yeah sn will work it is strong enough antacids are not good for people with high acid it brings your acid down but it will fuck your orrgans even more than sn

Meto is NOT antiacid.....what are you even talking about. Meto has been used for decades as antiemetic ( primperan in EU) with extremely few adverse effects.

Meto has extra-pyramidal side effects or whatever it's called, extreme restlessness is just one possible side effect. It has reviews showing a large number of people experience side effects with it
it fucked mine

as far as i know, antacids do make it harder to lose consciousness. hence most regimes nowadays don't have them, even mine. however, antiemetics are important since their job is to prevent you from vomiting the drink. if you don't like meto, there are other antiemetics that gets the job done. it's not the only option in the world—the best option, but not the only option.

but technically, there have been cases where users would just take the drink and drink again if they vomit it back up and then succeed. however, i wouldn't really bet on just that. gotta be prepped and ready if you actually want it to work 100%. good luck though, best wishes!

Asked it somewhere else, but do you know if bisoprolol would work instead of meto? Or is it the wrong kind of a beta blocker.

bisoprolol is a beta blocker, it can be used to replace propanolol not meto. according to stan's guide, here are some of the few alternatives for meto:
Below is a list of antiemtics in their generic name. Some countries may have a brand name for these drugs:
  1. Domperidone
  2. Metoclopramide
  3. Olanzapine
  4. Alizapramide
  5. Chlorpromazine
  6. Prochlorperazine
You only need access to one of the above

Some of you may be on antipsychotics as part of your mental health treatment. If you are any of the below, there is no need to take any antiemetic as they already function as an antiemetic.

Droperidol- 0,25 nM. Benperidol- 0,027 nM. Trifuperidol- 0,4 nM. Spiperone- 0,053 nM. Haloperidol- 2,0. Bromperidol- 2,1. Lurasidone- 1,0 nM. Sestindole- 2,7 nM. Paliperidone- 2,8 nM. Risperidone- 4,9 nM. Olanzapine- 21 nM. Clozapine- 144 nM. Quetiapine- 245 nM

Ahhh thank you! I misremembered. I forgot that it's mentioned in Stan's guide, I would recheck it myself. Guess i will reread it now from start to finish for future reference.
If i decided to CTB right now, I probably would have smooth sailing since I have everything. Too bad that I am not ready yet. Fuck

Meto has been used for decades. Every single drug has adverse effects in a very minor effect. akathisia or restlessness after chronic use of meto ( or extrapyramidal symptoms) is the least of your worries. I have been taking meto for ages with NO side-effect whatsoever.

I already get akathesia from other drugs so imo my chance of side effect is a lot higher

How will akathesia ( in the event that you do get it) will interfere or hinder your further process of SN ?

It won't, it's just particularly unpleasant and in the event of failing SN I don't want to have to live with further side effects

You do realise that the adverse effects mentioned are for chronic users with rather large doses.....but anyway

Not true. You can get parmanent side effects from one dose, can't remember where I read that

There was studies done on rats I believe. I think it caused kidney problems or something. Don't take my word for it. As of right now I haven't seen any reports of long-term damage from anyone who was rescued using SN. There was one story of a girl that I read about on Facebook her family found her too late but she was already brain dead I believe. They must have found her a long time after drinking the SN.
