ANOTHER WARNING FOR UK SN

I bought SN 2 weeks ago and its been stuck in Ukraine. I had two police officers come round asking about it and if I had it. Unfortunately looks like its been sent back to sender or something and wont be coming. The police didnt even know what it was. They asked me the standard questions though like what did you buy it for "what do you think I bought it for was my reply then any mental health conditions etc and another one was "why do you want to kill yourself" why would I even tell a police officer that lmao. Anyway in the end I said i didnt want to talk to them lmao and they fucked off as I stopped talking. I live in supported accommodation so they spoke to staff instead but yeah fuck UK and police. DO NOT BUY FROM UKRAINE.

if you bought from DSL, it seems like all his orders to the UK trigger welfare checks for the past few months. the police asking that is absolutely absurd though oh my god

I know its not new information but people do take the risk anyway to see if its random or if its literally every order.

Also I hardly read this forum anyway and dont post. And there's probably a lot of people who also dont read every post anyway and want to take the risk anyway. I didnt know it was every uk order targeted either, I thought it was random and whether border force actually check every package from there. But my package didnt even reach uk, it never left ukraine. Ive been reading people actually got their orders and had police check afterwards. Thats what I was expecting.

Same i didnt actually think it would be every order. But like mine didnt even leave ukraine. So like they must have a list of every uk order. So they spying on everyone who orders from there.

Same i didnt actually think it would be every order. But like mine didnt even leave ukraine. So like they must have a list of every uk order. So they spying on everyone who orders from there.

My current theory is this:

Person from UK orders SN
DSL posts it from his post office (or whatever they call it in Ukraine)
Details get sent to customs by post office
Something about the details used by DSL flags in their system
Border security notify police
Welfare check done and package seized

I was actually having a good day until the police came. Now im just depressed and pissed off. Ive been contemplating buying it for a year. The police made me feel worse about myself, they were pretty heavy handed.

I'm really sorry to hear that :( I hope you're feeling better soon. As you mentioned you live in assisted accommodation and given the context, it might be worth seeing if the staff members got their badge numbers/know how much it affected you, as that is honestly a fairly inappropriate way for a trained officer to handle that (but unfortunately doesn't surprise me at all)

Mental health nurses in mental health hospitals are the same too. One nurse told me it was easy to die so if you wanted to die you would of succeeded by now... ive had multiple attempts over the years.

Jesus that's insane. I've had a few run ins with the police myself about suicide attempts and stuff and they've typically been surprisingly nice. I wonder if it's just my area in the north east that's fairly chill, they always seem to be any time I've talked.

I agree with all the other mental health guys tho, they're awful. Once while sat with in a room at the crisis team's hospital in my area one of them kept talking about how much money her cousin makes reposting tiktoks other people make and just adding her face in the corner reacting to it and I'm sat there like.. is that meant to make me feel anything other than just ugh?

I've had one good CPN from the secondary services but eventually lost her for another one that's just.. awful. She's forgot me twice in a month and has questioned whether I'm actually autistic even though I literally have a diagnosis, all because I can look into her eyes for longer than a few seconds.

The mental health support in this country is appalling honestly. I'd say hopefully it'll be better, but honestly I doubt they ever will.

I'm glad I held off buying from DSL though, I was thinking about buying it a couple weeks ago too but held off. Gonna have to wait for a new source or just another method.
