I couldn't / can't really do anything. If I try to read or eatch something I can't really get my brain engaged in it. So I just... had some mukbang videos playing while I did nothing. Slept a lil here and there.

No intense emotional flashbacks at least.

Didn't eat. Don't want to.

Really want to CTB but options are minimal. Am heavily considering drowning. I dunno.
