Discussion Analyzing the past present and future is dangerous for someone already in a bad place

Analyzing the past,memories,what happened,the present and the future is literally the last I thing I should do.. it's dangerous like asking for hell..the best thing I could do as long as I'm here is be clueless uncaring indulging in distractions then ctb..the reality is ugly and painful..it gave me great grief when I thought about it..I did so because my family blamed me to do it they said wake up get up and get your self together but what I find when I do that the reality I didn't like.. disappointment anger humiliation failure...so no you pieces of shit don't know what you're doing to me..I'm leaving anyway I'm not gonna ask for hell on my last moments on purpose...none of it matters anyway...life is unfair suffering sometimes..I'm good with my delusions daydreams and entertaining distractions...

These thoughts especially about my future are one of the main reasons I wanna ctb. My suicide is literally a preemptive strike to save me from that humiliating, sad, frustrating, empty and senseless "future" I'd have if I won't commit suicide.

This is the shit I think about when waking up at 3am. I count myself lucky if I can fall back asleep in a hour. Those nights are rare though.
