Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's a serious question. I think we're all a bit retarded but people who have a couple of extra chromosomes don't know that they are

The classification of retardation is a result of comparison to others. It might be more useful to honestly identify those areas in which we can benefit from what others know. The person with a high IQ but will not listen to anyone else may encounter greater difficulties in life than someone less gifted, but more open to or even seeking the advice of others.

I often feel as though I have some genuine mind disabilities. I have a crease in my head from really young and no one will tell me how it happened. Lots of headaches too, maybe some minor brain damage, ok with IQ but can be really dumb.

Guess it's really about what is making us feel retarded. I feel the same way too. Always the last in class, slower to tie shoelaces or wear socks, slow at this, slow at that. Spending too much time thinking about the same things over and over just to 'check'. When I read sentences I usually read them twice over to make sure I read it right, or to just understand it. Maybe it's just dyslexia. Well , no money to find out for now.

I have a friend whose uncle is a card carrying member of mensa and really proud of his high IQ. He used his hand to check whether a set of hedge clippers were working and needed to he rushed to hospital to get three fingers reattached. That is retarded.

I wouldn't call someone with mental difficulties retarded, I use it to describe people not living up to their potential or doing fucking stupid things when they really should know better.

thanks prince :) i vaguely remember you from sasucord aswell. It wasn't really a philosopher I think it a was Vincent van gogh portrait but edited to look odd. I put it cos it actually looked kinda like me irl. long shaggy hair, a big nose, but one eye was way above the other.
