I think I'm going to attempt partial tonight if possible, tomorrow if not. I need to buy the things still. I figured I would use a pull up bar, but I'm not sure if those are easy to install, especially in a hotel room which is where I plan on doing it. And the rope I figured I'd just get at a home improvement store. Is there anything else important I need or any details you think are important? Besides whiskey.

I'd practice the knot/spot a few times to see if you're able to make yourself go lightheaded. It can be a fairly agonizing way to go if you get things wrong. Please don't rush things and hurt yourself. I wish you peace.
