hello I've been doing a lot of research about different methods and i was leaning towards SN the only thing that worries is me is not being allowed to drink before

i don't have a drinking problem at all but i know that i will need some to calm my fear and SI what is the best method i could look for that alcohol wont effect

am i correct in thinking hanging is my only option?
