helloooo dont know if this is the right place to ask since i guess its not exactly suicide related but:
what side effects (like half a day or a day after?) can be expected from mild strangling ? im not really sure how to define mild here, so i guess to be more specific: strangled myself with some pj pants like max 25 seconds, and not so tight that it would leave a mark.
dont really wanna give myself too much brain damage or anything tho so >_> currently i can feel a headache coming on, and was wondering if thats something to worry about or if its just a "u strangled urself for a bit, what did u expect?" type of after effect, cause i did get a small headache the last time i did it worse
oh also if anyone has like.. advice on how to not give myself too much brain damage thatd be appreciated lol. like idk, should i stop once theres white spots in my vision or can i go further? is there a diff point to stop at then ? thank u ^_^ !
