Discussion African leaders are very disappointing

I come from an Easy African country called Uganda..
Our president Museveni has blamed past regimes for poverty in the country after spending 36 years as a president

He has ruled the country since 1986 and Uganda got independence in 1962

He was the speaker of the parliament from 1986 to 1996. He was both the speaker and the president at the same time.

We are not paying colonial tax..but the economy is so bad..people are so poor it's only a few rich people who are in power and control everything

You guys need to maybe have a collective communist political reform. Is the colonial political system still in place?
