I am really very fucking desperate I don't have any access to any methods other than jumping how can I convince myself to jump?

I'm in the same situation, gathering the courage to jump is hard especially with the chances of failure.

i would have to be very certain that the jump would succeed, like if it were an extremely tall building. otherwise, i would be too afraid of surviving with horrible injuries.

No one here is allowed to convince you of anything.
I have the same issue and I believe many others do too, that's why most are in this group. No idea what to tell you, maybe it's not your time yet, maybe one morning you wake up and you know it's your day. I've been waiting for years for an answer..
Is your situation hopeless, what makes you want to CTB, if that's ok to ask?
Method wise I found jumping always a bit risky, but I don't know the actual stats and how high up you'd have to be.

Few people are comfortable enough with heights to jump unless their desperation is great enough. This is the cheapest but not the easiest method.

Jumping sounds like a terrifying method to me and I would be scared of it going wrong. I doubt I would ever be able to convince myself to jump even if I was very desperate. I understand having limited access to methods and I know that it is hard to carry on when you suffer so unbearably. Dying should be easier and more than anything I wish that it was easier to let go of all the pain. I hope that you find a way to be free from the suffering. I'm sorry that it has come to this point for you.
