cause i have seen a lot of conflicting information on it and the megathread is all over the place

If you search on the user that wrote that method, they eventually turned and said fsh is better. It appears to be close to a non method. Maybe even partial is better though it seems very difficult.

What about night-night? I couldn't personally get it to work (yet). Is it also close to a non-method?

Any method you can stop will have a lot of failures.
Research your chosen method to reduce the possibility of failure due to technique or setup issues.

I don't know. It doesn't seem like it has success. Both seem amazing, like you wouldn't need much effort. But I don't see how you can really apply that much pressure. I could be wrong. At least with fsh you have your full body weight.
