I have to take adhd meds (36mg of concerta in the morning), will this interact with SN if i fast normally and take it in the late evening/night?

It could very well interact with sodium nitrate since is raises heart rate and blood pressure. I don't think it would totally counteract the sodium nitrate but it could possibly prolong the dying process. The thing is that nobody has done the experiment to see what would happen. It's a complete mystery and thus a risk. You could "cheek" the concerta pill and spit it out when nobody is looking on the day you plan to die.
