This is from Stan's guide below you got 30mg of Meto right mine are 10mg each tablet so X 3, but you only need 1000mg of paracetamol
Day 1 Medication and Dose 08:00hrs 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide 16:00hrs 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide 24:00hrs 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide Day 2 Medication and Dose 08:00hrs 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide 16:00hrs 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide 23:00hrs 600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any painkiller as long as you stay within the recommended dose 23:15hrs 3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total) 23:30hrs Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid. 24:00hrs SN drink
Thing is, Anagraine has meto and paracetamol in one pill. So you might experience a lot of pain taking too much paracetamol

I've taken more than that accidentally and nothing happened, went to the ER to get checked and they said everything was fine. I got told 7000mg is considered the toxic level. But it might vary on the person and your tolerance?

Without a prescription, you have to order it from an online pharmacy. Some of them don't ask for a prescription or you can leave it blank.. you have to do research on those websites though.Last edited:

Nah, 3,000mg of paracetemol is fairly tame, especially just as a once-off. And also there's the whole suicide aspect anyway, but even outside of that context it's not an amount to be concerned about as a single dosage in an adult. Remember, 3,000–4,000mg is the maximum daily recommended dose.Similar threads
