I've seen a lot of talk of getting meto from Indian pharmacies, where exactly do people get it from without a prescription?

Go to another doctor. Go to a private practitioner. This doctor will be expensive, but he should prescribe you meto.

It's in the PPH guide. I easily got it even though I abandoned the SN method bc I couldn't acquire SN. The website is linked in the guide.

Telehealth can be a solution if your doctor don't want to prescribe it. Nausea caused by migraines.
