Has anyone attempted to ingest acid for ctb ? if so, how reliable and lethal is this method ?

I don't see the high reward. Just potential for extreme pain and permanent injury. This paper reports mortality of 45% in patients with systemic complications:

Not good odds and truly awful injuries if you survive.

This seems like a truly awful method on multiple levels. I would absolutely advise not doing it.

If you want to risk being fed through a tube and not being able to speak for the rest of your life, it might be a good idea. Otherwise, please don't choose this method.

The reward is the same as any other method. Therefore it's just incredibly high risk.
