What do you guys think about acetaminophen overdoses?

I don't think it is very reliable.Also if you end up failing then you might end up with permanent organ damage.
Why not use Amitriptyline instead

It might be one of the worst methods you could choose. It's very slow and painful. You would be suffering in the hospital for weeks before you die.

What do you guys think about acetaminophen overdoses?

will likely end up with you a psych ward. 99% of the ppl in there were there for a) failed cutting attempt or b) attempt of OD with otc medications like tylenol, advil, etc.
