I haven't been able to open one, I go to the support tab, but there isn't any area to open a ticket. It just shows the filters and that I haven't made any.

If at the top right it doesn't tell you to open a ticket, it will be because you have too few messages in the forum to access that option. You can always use chat to talk to a mod or send a private message, if you've unlocked that feature...
