On the left of the website click on "support" (If the side menu is hidden, at the top left, next to the page title, click the 3 stripes)
Then, at the top right, you can click "open ticket"
I haven't been able to open one, I go to the support tab, but there isn't any area to open a ticket. It just shows the filters and that I haven't made any.

If at the top right it doesn't tell you to open a ticket, it will be because you have too few messages in the forum to access that option. You can always use chat to talk to a mod or send a private message, if you've unlocked that feature...Similar threads
