I have them all in a moderate to high amount, what can I do with them?
Sorry to disappoint you, but you can do nothing with those medications. They are just a bunch of antidepressants- SSRIs or SNRIs (Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Venlafaxine), atypical antidepressants- NRDI and SARI (Bupropion and Trazodone), atyipical antipsychotics (Aripiprazole, Olanzapine) and one mood stabilizer - Lithium Carbonate.
None of these medications (even in a mix) deliver death reliably, even in huge doses like grams. They are very likely to cause serotonin syndromes, seizures, arrythmias, kidney failure and other very unpleasant but not necessarily deadly effects.
Guys, when thinking about suicide by medications you have to go for CNS depressants, like opioid+benzodiazepine mix. Not list some random medications (even if they are prescription only, or work as brain receptor agonist) - todays medications are more or less safe.
