Help About SN poison, question about the MG needed

Now, I can't understand something and I hope somebody will help me:

"I have accessed that 100mg of SN per every kilo of your weight is a fatal dose. The PPH will recommend more than this"

I can't understand these sentences, does I need to use 100mg for every kg I have? Or Just use the 20gm in 50ml of water?

So it's so confusing, it can't be possible 100mg for every kg I have..

I know it may sound funny, but my English is very bad.

Also one more question, how can I make sure the amount of MG is correct?
There is a specific bottles with MG on it, so I can check on the bottles?

Just 20gm should be enough. You can check weight by buying a digital kitchen scale. For ml of water you can use bottles that have ml on it.

In terms of how you'd measure it, it is highly recommended that you purchase some kind of digital scale(Very inexpensive) instead of using the teaspoon measurement.

Teaspoons can be very different based on which country you live in, who the manufacturer is, how much you scoop up etc. Remember if you take too much, that's not a sure way to go because it increases your odds of vomiting. If you don't have any alternatives, you may use it but considering how easy it is to get a digital scale, it's just not recommended.

Is this milligrams (mg) or grams (g) ?

In the list, an example, a person with 50kg must use total 17,5g?
