I realized why I struggle with a lot of physical pain due to this video. It made me sad because I don't know how to start walking bare feet.

It's too overwhelming to think about. How to do this? what to do if I get injured?

Just sad that I used shoes most of my life and it made me have alot of pain from flat feet and fibromyalgia.

I prefer that I didn't know this information because now I feel sad cause the effort of beginning to transitioning to walking bare feet is too overwhelming. Too scary.

Get some "barefoot" shoes or sandals to start with.

Walk around outside in them for short intervals, or for as long as they feel comfortable.

Graduate slowly to walking actually barefoot, perhaps on grass, then paved paths, for short intervals.
