Before reading: I didn't know if this should go here or in offtopic, or in recovery?, no idea, but here we go
I remember the first time I entered the site, I felt really confused, disoriented and despondent, I felt that I was someone miserable and not worth it.
Over time, I was reading your stories, connecting with many of you, understanding, meditating, I learned that I am not the only being that is suffering inconsolably, SS has changed my life, the warmth and love with which I have been received here have not they have explanations, and thanks to everyone, I have been able to improve my quality of life, learning that I can have a full life, have control of it and live what I consider fair and necessary, I learned that, like everything in the world, things have their end, including the suffering I have had to endure on this earth.
The following video clip is a song that I consider quite important to me, and I have also chosen it as the song with which I have to say goodbye to everyone. Every time I listen to it, I feel a little calm, I close my eyes, and I imagine that my suffering is over, that I am in a small boat, in the middle of a gigantic ocean, behind a smiling person at the helm, telling me that he will take me towards the place of my rest finally.
If you read this, I want to tell you that I have dedicated this song to you, you are not alone, many of us suffer here, some want to continue marching, others want to rest, whatever your decision, I give you a hug, I wish you the best in the world and May you find peace.
