Asking now, because my delusions are acting up. Is there any place on the website dedicated towards schizophrenic episodes? I need a place to go when I'm feeling this way aside from random people's DMs. They should not feel guilty or responsible for these episodes, and when I reach out regularly, I am placing that responsibility onto them. I would like a place where I can ask for help without making someone my rock to lean on, if they are not prepared for that.

A wolf friend who only comes at night. She talks for me when I'm feeling scared or nervous.

Social interaction in general. She has been my liason for conversations. I have trouble speaking without her

Hear her, no hallucinations yet. She comes in when I am nervous or scared, but I've been able to chase her off when I need to. Only at night does she become a problem in the sense that she speaks on my behalf

I could see how this could be a big problem. You gonna need to rein her in a bit. Maybe set some boundaries if that's possible. Does she always contradict your thoughts and feelings?

She is wild. But I know why she is, because I am very conservative with my social interactions during the day. She functions as my outlet

My delusions are kicking in agin, so I'm coming back to this thread and waiting for my thoughts to settle down. Typing helps, and talking helps.

Wish I could explain what an episode is like. I'm not good at explaining it, but a lot of thought spaghetti comes at a million miles per hour and it's like a nuclear meltdown going on in the head.

Also I get really excited and anxious and nervous and loopy. Voices come too. I'll try to keep everything contained to just this one post.
