I know it's highly recommended to drink SN alone in your house or in a hotel room. Unfortunately, due to my health issues, I have to do it in the apartment I live in with my parents.

I know it's risky. However, if we assume that vomiting didn't occur, are there any other symptoms I may experience after drinking SN and can be so loud that my parents could hear?
