Hello people.
Yesterday I didn't leave my bed the whole day and only ate something at around 12 o clock at night when my partner came over.
Today I woke up pretty early and actually managed to stay out of my bed! I did some walking on my walking pad and actually made some stuff to eat (banana blueberry pancakes and a veggie wrap with egg, chicken and salad) I also managed to walk my dog and I even made a matcha basque cheesecake!!!! I can't believe how well I did today compared to yesterday! I'm very happy about that, but my mood is still very negative. At least I've been productive which is good!
