Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

looking after an affectionate cat would be way more effective than any medication. I'll never be able to afford to have my own place to adopt one tho. Tried signing up for voluntary work at the animal shelter but they're full :/

The ultimate depression pill. I'm so gonna visit one of those islands next year. They'll have to forcibly deport me cuz no way I'm gonna leave once I arrive.

I don't know you personally, hence I don't know what you struggle with so I might be projecting a bit but I got my own place and adopted 2 cats which was like one of my biggest goal 2years ago. Now, I'm more depressed than ever and on the edge of hurting myself, thankfully my mom can take care of them for a few weeks but I'll have them back at the end of this week. I think I'll quit my job because of my poor (to say the least) mental health. I LOVE taking care of my cats and they've been helping me to get through most days but It's also a lot of responsibilities. I would recommend, as I did before (and if you can) to be foster family first. And, if you decide to adopt one (or two!) make sure someone can take good care of them if something happen to you.

they do really help a lot. do you live with other people? can you ask them if you can get one? i thought for sure my old housemate would say no (she was a clean freak) but she said yes so long as her boyfriend could move in. so that was how i got my first cat when i had no money. and i realised i could have gotten one ages ago. cats are actually quite cheap
awwwh i just read the titled and awed so bad, i have a kitty i got so lucky to have her because my dads friend was handing her out and was gonna throw her on the street cuz his wife didnt like cats, it does help, staring into my cats eyes makes me feel comfort cause she looks at me so flustered ahhahaha it makes me smile so much shes the cutest, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you keep her an inside cat if you ever get your hands on one, and neuter the cat so she doesnt ask to go outside, cause ive had many cats in the past and they all died before they could reach 1 year cause they were outside cats, they got stolen, droven over by cats, lost who knows where. My kitty's name is pebble cause she was just like a little pebble when she was little, im the luckiest girl in the world and she has never left me, ur gonna feel sad when they dont come hug u for example but the thing with cats is being patient and letting them come to u when they want to :) like theyre gonna sleep on you and purr on u and demand pets ITS SO SO CUTEE AHHHH I LOVE CATSSS, They'll never betray you. (did u know they also get overstimulated, i just found that out recently :P ) And also they dont need a big house even, my cat is the happiest in my room sleeps on my bed, eats at the corner on the table has her litter somewhere away from me and its so nice :D
Stray cats are also hella affectionate cause theyve been abandoned and crave love too :c and they dont even have a house either

That's why I love LOVE cats and only love dogs, you have to be chosen by them and it makes me feel so loved (or used for pets lol). Give pebble a headpat and chin scritcg for me :>
Yeah i love cats, even tho I don't own one nor I emotionally attached to one; see random cat, pet him, leave, see another random cat, pet him, leave, etc etc etc

I agree with the previous person - if you're able to help, feed, check up on some of the animals on the streets, I'm sure they will appreciate it and they'll become more and more excited to see you!
I really love cats too. Have an elderly kitty of my own.
i have two cats and im too low energy to do anything with them. I even kick them out of my room because they keep knocking stuff over and biting random cables
