The idea is basically that a good dose of benzodiazepines will shut down my alarm system by increasing the amount of CO2 in my brain, allowing me to suffocate while I sleep peacefully. But it sounds too easy and peaceful to be true. What do you think could go wrong? Any ideas are welcome!

ive heard this method is very unreliable. this is all anecdotal but ive heard of people unconsciously ripping the bag open or tearing it off their head. personally I would worry i wouldn't be able to tie the bag correctly if i was too inebriated or smth

benzo are non lethal
The idea of the benzos is to use them to avoid panicking, the suffocation must be the lethal part
