Pretty high. There can NEVER be ANY method that is 100% due to factors that may be unknown to mankind - the unknown unknowns - if you will. A .357 is a damn powerful round. Hard to imagine a way it wouldn't kill you, especially through the soft palate, hopefully taking out the brain stem in the process.Similar threads
