what would be the risk of taking 500g or even 1 KG SN? I want a 100% death. I know SN can cause tumors so it is extremely dangerous. I want a guaranteed death. Can anyone help?

Anyways, SN failure can occur for a number of reasons
1. You're found. Make sure you do it in a location, such as a hotel, where someone won't wander into your room. Being found is a major reason for failure.
2. You don't do it properly. Seriously, the method isn't hard. It's 25g in 50ml of water. I've heard people that have taken a spoonful of SN and wash it down with water. I've also heard of people mixing it into food. Just do it with water. It's not hard.
3. You puke it up too soon. Make sure you at least try to source an AE, and make multiple cups.
4. Your SN isn't pure enough, or even real. Do the blood test. Make a small cut, get it on a teaspoon, and sprinkle some SN into the blood. If it turns a dark chocolate brown, your SN is good to go.
SN is highly toxic. It kills people. Do it properly, and it will kill.

SN is used to cure meat in mass production. People consume meat all the time, I doubt it's highly carcinogenic.
Anyway is this really a concern if you use it for quit life.

It is used in the food industry in micro doses because otherwise we would all get cancer. It is used to give color to meat and against botulinum.

The main one is most likely that you'll start serial-vomiting after a few swallows and will give up in exhaustion.
If I may ask, how are you picturing ingesting amounts like that?

You are far more likely to get a guaranteed death by following the regimen exactly with a normal amount of SN, than with a ridiculously large amount of SN but less strict adherence to the regimen.
The SN regimen and quantities is about striking a balance between consuming enough SN to be fatal, but not so much SN as to trigger vomiting and (potentially) fail the attempt. Taking the massive quantities you mentioned would definitely increase the likelihood of vomiting and a failed attempt, especially because as @Soul mentioned above you may well be vomiting repeatedly and continuously as your body attempts to reject such a massive amount.
Sodium nitrite can increase cancer risk in massive quantities, but not in normal small amounts present as a food additive. Obviously when used as a suicide method, the cancer risk is irrelevant because (a) it is going to kill you anyway and (b) even if you survived (and chose to keep living long-term) it probably requires long-term usage of massive amounts rather than a single large dose anyway.
The closest useful thing to needing massive quantities of SN is the preparation of multiple glasses of (normal dosage) SN mixture to use as backups in case vomiting does occur.
What can I do if I'm easy with vomiting for anxiety reasons? I vomit alot and I don't want to fail. Taking an antiemetic is too little I already take antipsychotics (Risperdal). Any advice?
