is it realistic to digest that much with water wothout suffering a lot? in case i go through with it i wanna make sure it will succeed. i do have a weak stoamch

25g of SN is already overkill. The lethal dose is closer to a couple of grams. 25g is just recommended to allow your body to absorb more of it before attempting to expel it, as it is a toxic poison and your body will recognize that. It's also the reason why two glasses are recommended in case your body does expel the first one.

A Chinese person ingested 50g of SN once, and he started vomiting almost right away and it seemed like it burned his stomach severely. It's best to stick to no more than 25g if you weigh less than 100Kg .

Besides the fact that it's way higher than what is normally said to be consumed for death, remember that it's a salt. Imagine those regular table salt containers, then imagine ingesting the whole thing. It's much harder to get that amount forcefully into the body even when mixed with a liquid.
