Help 199 days

I've decided that in the next 199 days (to August 15th) if my life doesn't get better in the slightest I'm gonna go ctb.

I'm stuck between overdosing on sleeping pills or jumping off a cliff. Jumping off a cliff is more preferable since the cliff I would be jumping off of is pretty damn high.

Overdosing, however, lets me go peacefully. Plus I get to have one last sleep.

Who knows what'll happen, ha ha.

I still need to do some research on that. I'm quite small (5'0) and underweight (about 85 pounds) so it won't take a lot to kill me compared to say, a 6'2 250 pound man. Hell, I almost overdosed on NyQuil once lol

Your weight doesn't mean the sleeping pills will kill you. Remember you can always just end up with damaged organs after getting your stomach pumped. If you do decide on swallowing some substance I suggest you go with something more reliable. Like you said do your research. I hope it doesn't come to that though and your life improves like you want it to.

Based on this theory, a bigger person can just take more, and achieve a lethal outcome, but we know that's false.
So I'm not sure that your logic is sound, but anyhow I realise that wasn't the main focus of your thread.....

Keep in mind, many modern medications (and especially over the counter ones) are designed to not be lethal, even in high amounts.
So just be sure to research carefully in the event that you decide to CTB.

But again, I realise that wasn't the focus of your thread....
Hopefully your life will improve....

Thats a bad way to go about it. If going with the flow was going to work, then it would've. My suggestion is to have something to work towards. Even if it's broad like find problems, and invent a solution. This might be that you write a book, do art, invent a gadget, or whatever. It's broad enough for wiggle room. But it's a goal to help you get a slightly better life.

I speak from experience when I say... ODing on sleeping pills (Diphenhydramine, Dextromethorphan, and whatever else) does not make for a good time and does not make for a good death. Unless you're just looking to simulate hell. Death is unlikely, delirium is certain.

Sleeping pills od is not a very good method, if not barbiturates it usually doesn't work.
