This drawing I posted on I think 4Chan or some other forum site before I found out this site I don't remember but this was the first doodle I did when I was multitasking animating on OpenToonz.

Anyway here's some highlights (and the SN doodle from that post I made asking why people bother with SN that got deleted for no reason):

i really like those kind of things,,,im surprised you noticed, also the perspective is only good as i copied it from the album cover, so it doesnt truly count.

No it does count! Artist's use references all the time! I drew my pfp using the photo of a cauliflower on wikipedia as reference to get the shape right. Also your drawing has the camera much higher up and more to the left as shown by the angle of the bed showing that you have some sort of prior skill when it comes to drawing perspective, or at least you have good observational skills.

the angle being higher is by complete accident, i want it to be exactly the same as the image but i did it wrong somehow. i wont consider myself a good artist until i can draw things that look good without references, "good" meaning the anime characters look like they do from whatever anime or manga they're from, which i cant do yet. what i need to learn the most is perspective and anatomy.

I assumed the angle being higher was an intentional decision to make the girl's face clearer to better emphasise her posing and expression. It also makes her feel more alone and weak because she's small in the middle of a visually quiet shot. I think you're more talented than you realise, you just need to polish your work and further learn and practice your skills, which will be done with enough frequent drawings and an eye for detail.

people have told me before that i discredit my own work too often/much, and i do see some truth in what they say, but i see what others can do i get very demotivated, i do not have it in me to practice enough to improve in drawing, i usually draw something once every 1-2 months, which is not enough to improve, i believe im going to stagnate forever.
