Wow.
Today was dreadfully boring
I spent a significant time on homework today and walked around 7,000 steps.
Though I have to say, my big back cravings have significantly decreased.
Like before I went to bed the day before I had so many cravings and told myself on the morning of release the beast and eat as much as I wanted but when I was cutting my crispies I thought, "hmn, let's try to eat two slices and if I still want more I'll eat more" and after not even finishing I felt so full β
This is about the 6th day that I started trying to portion my meals and I think my bodies finally getting used to it.
I also realized today I can be plenty satisfied with only two meals a day and one extra high protein snack!
Anyways as you can tell I am feeling pretty positively about that.
Though I dread tomorrow because I have to make phone callsβ¦eew
I think tomorrow will be very similar, though today I finished many levels of plants versus zombies and even drew a bit!
My goal is to eat at leadt 300-400 less calories than I usually do to put myself in the deficit and so far it's working
