Is it possible to CTB by tightening zip ties around your throat? Would it work?

Yeah I've heard it happen here's an article that proves it, I think it'll be very painful though:

Sounds horrific. Please don't use this method.

There are plenty of accessible peaceful methods. Please ignore the sadists who say suicide is impossible, it's not. I feel very lucky to be in a time when we have so many methods available to us.

I've tried pretty much everything available to me on the mega threads. They failed, hence why I think they're not possible for me.

Guess I'm a sadist, but I'm okay with that if it works.
