Discussion Youtube suddenly recommended me Suicide related videos.

Didn't wanna sleep and opened youtube to find a couple videos related to suicide recommended to me.
I thought it was pretty silly.

They will probably be all anti-suicide ones filled with toxic positivity. Nearly all the internet is pro-life towards suicide, I cannot stand anything like that.

Yeah they are useful! But I haven't been searching anything related recently, except typing "kms" in google search so I was surprised.

On a serious note, if you use a search engine to access Sanctioned Suicide then you likely picked up a tracking cookie that led you to this site at some point, and since Google owns everything it'll transfer to YouTube as the algorithm's goal is to figure out your interests and who you are.

Yes, it is very dystopian.

YouTube videos about suicide are usually hit or miss for me

Sometimes it's super corny pro life stuff which is fine just not for me

Other times it has great recommendations like when it introduced me to the book No Longer Human by Osamu Dazai

• (He is stupid to kill himself)
• (Suicidal doesn't always look suicidal)
• (The morning after I killed myself)

Omg, the way I got recommended an audio video of Osama Dazai's NO Longer Human a couple of hours ago!
I have his book and have been reading it everything I get bored in school.
His book is so relatable yet so exhausting to read haha, but I really like it, it's somehow comforting too.
Please, if You'd like to talk about the book I'm all ears^^
