Idk, maybe flexibility. I tend to flip flop between views on things all the time with no real allegiance although I can be loyal to sides that have shown me kindness or at least feel personally fulfilling.

Non-aggression: do not harm, attack, or impose your will upon others without provocation or permission, but if someone else is the aggressor you may do whatever you have to to protect yourself and your loved ones.
Probably not my literal number one value but threw it out there to add some variety.I guess, my highest principal of the past 20 years was, don't take advantage of people who are more vulnerable than you. Fight authorities and support your equals. Stand up for who has no voice.
But the world has changed so much. There is little solidarity and loyalty left and if you are kind, ppl take advantage.

I suppose it's trying to be authentic. I do feel I'm more real than most, because I have a very small circle of people and I don't do fakery or social media grandstanding. I don't pretend to be someone I'm not, and I wear my heart on my sleeve as far as my feelings. I'm also fairly transparent regarding my flaws.

I valued different human made ideals throughout my life but ironically meditation and detachment seems closest to the 'truth' for me now. I came to a personal realization that mind is a trap, but I am still split between chasing void and satisfying my never ending bodily desires. Although I am shedding a lot of cravings and I even got to eating once a day recently.
It gives me some peace when I am aware that mind and urges create torture chambers and that I am able to stop myself here and there unlike before. Our bodies have expiry dates on them and I will rather go this path than be stressed about attachments that I will lose down the road. Even suicidality is less often in me as I worry less about my reality.

Love.
Love others and be loved by others. Something that I can't achieve.
Families are made of love, friendships are made of love, and I should have been made of love. Love to others and to self, to families, friends, and those that surround us. That would be ideal. But if no one does it, no one receives.

Truth , knowledge , consistency , goals , action, freedom, individual autonony, the right to escape pain = the right to die.
the main thing is I want to avoid extreme pain. only one way to do that suicide asap. so suicide asap is main principle only rational goal. all else doesn't matter to me .

Taking responsibility for one's own actions, and apologizing where necessary.
We all fuck up from time to time, that's a given.
But it seems that a great deal of people would rather shift the blame to someone or something else, rather than admitting their misstep and working toward a resolution.
