Venting you got what you asked for

I told my friend that I was afraid of getting vaccinated because of the scars. Because I was going with my mother and because I was afraid that the doctors would have a code for it, because they were so deep. He asked if it was so, and said:
"You got what you asked for."
At the time I thought it was strange, but I just agreed. Now I'm angry about it. I know it's true, but the intonation he used. Everything I did, everything, was to survive. I didn't ask for anything, I chose this instead of cursing people or dying. I want to tell him that it hurt, but I can't either.

That ain't no friend but that's just me. I would rather be alone than have someone like that with me. For the longest time there were 4 of us - all best friends until one started giving me some silent jabs and blows that I only noticed a week after he started doing that. And I cut him. Turns out we was talking shit about be behind my back. Now its a few years later and I know I made the right decision but again; that's just me. Real friends know what they shouldn't make fun of and respect and try to help you or easy your worries. In your case I can't see that being true....
