Is the issue due to the US's wealthcare/healthcare syste? eg don't have health insurance and can't see a doctor? This is not a good answer I'm afraid, but would it be possible to call your local hospital's same day / urgent care clinic and explain to them you don't have health insurance but need to see a doctor, and if they can recommend any programs to help with cost? Depending on your state / area, there should be hopefully programs in place so that you can (for example) have the doctor's visit covered, and then get a prescription. If you're anywhere near a city as well there should be community health clinics that work probably mostly with patients who are under-insured or don't have insurance at all.

Best of luck with your anxiety! -from another anxious wreck :(

Find an e medicine psychiatric nurse practitioner if you have the money. worked for me no problem. I had to pretend to try some other stuff for two meetings before he did it.
Be up front after an appointment or two and move to the next person if they won't consider it

I live in a state where mental health is nil and medical health takes months to see a doctor.

The healthcare system where I live is atrocious. It takes months to see a doctor. THe psychiatrists/mentla health so called professionals are fucking idiots and all they want is your money besides the fact hat it takes forever to see one. So this is NOT an option

I'm not sure if you misunderstood my post but e medicine means through a computer. So there aren't long waits, in my experience i can usually get seen within 72 hours. Unless somehow e medicine is illegal in your state in which case I have no idea.
